A tale of two friends

Once upon a time there was a spoiled little mutt with big ears and a spotted tongue. Her parents loved her oh so dearly...

She got to go to the spa...

she got to help decorate for holidays...

she got to sit on santa's lap...

she got her own special ottoman in front of the nice warm fireplace...

and was spoiled with lots and lots of love and toys :D

When this mutt's parents found out they were expecting.... they were afraid the mutt would be jealous. They were afraid the mutt would be mean to the new little one.

On the night their little one arrived, they placed a picture of their beloved mutt in the bassinet... and were both nervous and excited to introduce the two of them.

The mutt gave this little boy the cold shoulder at first...

and this little boy was not so fond of the mutt either...

but at some point... that began to change

They quickly became inseparable...

and at some point... they became best friends...

The little boy loved his mutt...

and the mutt loved this little boy...

and just like the mutt's parents left a picture of the mutt in the little boy's crib... the little boy left a picture in the mutt's "crib" ....

A picture....so that the mutt would not be sad at night when the two best friends could not play together.

And the mutt and little boy's parents are so happy to see the loving friendship that the two of them share...
