Daddy was a beer keg... and he had an interesting time explaining his costume to the kids at the party :)
Gabe's second costume was a lion! When we first tried this on him, weeks ago.... he wanted NOTHING to do with it. He screamed and kicked and would not keep it on. Well all it took were a few kids to ring the doorbell, in their costumes....and Gabe was ready! He ran upstairs and told me he was ready to put on his lion costume!
He had such a great time! We gave our candy bucket to a neighbor...to hand out... and Gabe, Andy, Grams, and I took Gabe to the houses on our street. He was squealing in delight as he ran from house to house. I was shocked that he didn't try to eat the candy as he was getting it! He loved when the people would let him pick out the candy...and every time he when for the reeses peanut butter cup...even though he had never had one!
I can't even express how happy it made me to see Gabe soooo excited! Gabe and I both were grinning ear to ear :)
Here is our ridiculously cute lion cub!
Gabe ran into lots of his friends as we were trick or treating!
A good action shot of him running from house to house :)
What a fun way to spend your 3oth birthday! Happy Birthday Daddy!!
After Gabe went trick or treating he sat on the porch and helped us hand out candy. A few times we even caught him taking candy out of his bag to put in the other kids bags..haha! He also got to enjoy some delicious chocolate treats with daddy!
He's growling like a lion!
The loot!
