Hooray for 5 months!
Noah Adam Hanson is finally HAPPY and HEALTHY!!!
At 5 months he smiles, babbles, laughs, plays, and rolls all around! He is such a fun little guy!
After 5 months of blood curdling screaming... after 3 months of a dairy free diet... after 8+ weeks of respiratory infections... after multiple rounds of antibiotics... after countless nebulizer treatments...and after multiple trips to the doctors....we finally have answers!
Noah has severe reflux and he was aspirating... which means his milk was coming back up into his espophogus and going into his lungs... We took Noah to see a GI doctor and a lung doctor at Johns Hopkins and finally have him on the right meds! Hip Hip Hooray!
I knew this sweet..happy...little guy was in there somewhere!

This month, we have discovered our feet! Oh how we love to suck on our toes!
We still looooove our swing!
We are starting to eat some fruits and veggies...as well as our favorite "Mum-Mum" cookies!
We enjoy playing in our exersaucer...
and we're teething like crazy!
I can't even begin to express how relieved we are to have Noah feeling better. There is nothing worse than knowing your child is in pain and not being able to comfort them. While I'm glad he is doing well now, it still breaks my heart to know that he had to suffer for 5 whole months....
Now that Mr. Noah is feeling better, we can all come out of survival mode...it's time to enjoy our little family...time to catch up on some sleep...time to become social again... and time to put this house AND our lives back together...
